I'm Tim.
I think in strategies.
I execute them.
30 years old, based in Frankfurt. Marketing professional with a filmmaker's background — and that combination is intentional. I got into marketing because I wanted to understand people and communication at scale. I got into film because I wanted to tell stories.
The two things have always fed each other. And together they make me useful in ways that neither alone would.
Why marketing
and film.
I started in marketing straight out of university — first in-house, then agency side, eventually leading a four-person social media team. Along the way I worked with brands like Dr. Beckmann, Fraport, GLS, Buderus and Goodyear. I learned what it takes to build campaigns that actually move people, not just impressions.
At the same time I was developing as a filmmaker and actor. I trained in the Uta Hagen and Meisner methods and spent years directing and writing short films. What I discovered is that good marketing and good filmmaking come from the same root: understanding what makes people tick, and building something that lands.
Now I bring both to the table — as a creative strategist who can also perform, direct, and produce. Not because it's a unique selling point. Because it's who I am.
The stuff that makes
the work better.
When I'm not on set or at the whiteboard I'm training calisthenics, bouldering, or out on the gravel bike. I listen to a lot of music — vinyl, mostly — and watch more films than is probably healthy. These things aren't separate from the work. They're where the taste comes from.
